Information we collect
When you request an evaluation or contact us, we collect what you give us: your name, email, phone number, your athlete’s age and sport, and your general location. When an athlete trains with us, we also keep their evaluation results, scores, and training notes. We collect basic, anonymous information about how the site is used so we can improve it.
How we use it
To respond to your request, schedule and deliver training, produce and explain your athlete’s report, and keep you informed about their progress. If you have opted in separately, we also use your email or phone number to send training insight and camp announcements. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone who is not helping us deliver these services.
Athletes + minors
Your athlete’s evaluation results, scores, and training notes are private by default — visible to you and to us, and no one else. Nothing about your athlete is published without your written permission. Where an athlete is under 18, a parent or guardian holds these permissions and can exercise every choice below on the athlete’s behalf.
Marketing communications
Email and text are separate, opt-in channels with separate consent. Agreeing to one never signs you up for the other, and neither is a condition of training. Every email includes an unsubscribe link; you can stop texts by replying STOP. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect messages about training you have booked.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you or your athlete, correct anything inaccurate, withdraw a consent, or ask us to delete your information. Contact us and we will act on it. Some records may be retained where we are required to keep them.
